Join us for a refreshing all-levels flow yoga class right on the beach, where the sound of the waves and the coastal breeze create the perfect backdrop for your practice. Marissa, a public health educator from Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, will lead our weekly Friday Flow at the beach yoga series. This energizing morning flow is designed to help you release stress, build strength, improve flexibility, and reset your mindset for the weekend ahead. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced yogi, you’ll be guided through a balanced sequence of mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation.
