~ MORNING BEACH FLOW 🌊 ~ Join us by the sea as we ground through breath, vinyasa flow and a short opening meditation on the shore. Expect soft sand underfoot, the sound of waves nearby, and spaciousness to reconnect with yourself. After class, you're invited to join an optional sea swim. The perfect start to the day.
Please bring a yoga mat (reach out if you need to borrow), water, sunscreen and wear layers. Try to arrive on time so we can begin together at 7:30 AM, thank you. £10 per person.

West side of Boscombe Pier (same side as the payment booth and prom road to Bournemouth)
