Let’s make it fun to learn about Internet safety and digital citizenship. We’re hosting a series of programs with daytime options for homeschool families (best designed for grades 1-5). No registration is required for these programs! Each student will receive a bracelet with a Highlights charm (and will earn a new charm at each session). Our Be Internet Awesome programs for youth & tween programs are provided in cooperation through Highlights & Google. They’ve teamed up to create resources that help kids be confident and safe while navigating the digital world. Each session will feature a short video and several learning activities/games.
January: Share with care (Dates: January 14th or January 27th from 1-2pm)
February: Don't fall for fake (Dates: February 11th or February 24th from 1-2pm)
March: Secure your stuff (Dates: March 18th or March 31st from 1-2pm)
April: It's cool to be kind (Dates: April 22nd or April 28th from 1-2pm)
May: When in doubt, talk it out (Dates: May 13th or May 26th from 1-2pm)
