A softly held evening for women who are craving space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves.
You’ll arrive into a warm, gently prepared space, softly lit with candles, calming details, and everything already waiting for you.
Nothing rushed.
Nothing overwhelming.
Nothing expected of you.
The evening begins with a warm welcome, followed by a restorative self massage session guided by Katherine, using simple, accessible techniques to release tension and invite your body into a calmer state.
This then flows into a deeply soothing gong bath with Laura-Beth, where sound and vibration guide your nervous system into rest and stillness.
There is nothing you need to do, organise, or perform.
You don’t need to know how to relax.
You don’t need to share.
You can simply arrive exactly as you are.
