BCS Shropshire Fireside Chat Join us for an engaging evening of insight, discussion, and community at the Allscott Sports and Social Club, Shawbirch Road, Telford, TF6 5EQ.

Lightning Talks: We’re bringing together three thought‑provoking sessions, each designed to spark ideas and conversation:

1. CyberSec – Explore the latest challenges and strategies in cybersecurity.
2. Lightning talk 2
3. AI Adoption – Understand practical pathways for integrating AI into business and professional practice.

Each talk runs for 15 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of Questions and answers, giving you the chance to dive deeper and exchange perspectives with our speakers.

Networking and Refreshments: After the talks, stay for networking with fellow professionals and enjoy a classic local treat: chip butties.

Our events are for adults aged 16 years and over.

This meeting is conducted in accordance with the BCS Code of Conduct for Meetings.
