They currently work with over 100 primary schools across Staffordshire, South East London, and Gloucestershire, alongside a growing franchise network operating in multiple regions across the country. Tom acts as the Integrator within the leadership team, working closely with their Visionary to ensure clarity, alignment, and strong operational delivery. They’ve been self-implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for over six years, a journey that has played a key role in their growth and has involved plenty of learning, challenges, and valuable light-bulb moments along the way.
