All-Levels "Soul Train" Lesson with Tessa Cunningham Munroe: 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Social Dance: 8:00 pm - 11:30 pm

(The Beginner Bootcamp, taught by Tessa Cunningham Monroe and Eric Chisholm, is happening in the afternoon before our regular lesson and social. $5/person. The Bootcamp is 2-5pm + mini-beginner-social from 5-6pm.)
**From 6-7pm, we have the room booked and no activities scheduled, so feel free to come early and practice before the lesson starts. No charge. Just space to work on your moves.
Tessa Cunningham Monroe will be teaching the all-levels Soul Train class: body pulsing, grooving, and partner mirroring.
Tessa, a Canadian West Coast Swing Champion, has been professionally practicing physical education, movement analysis, and pedagogy for the past 30 years, in the context of multiple sports and dance styles, with degrees in both Kinesiology and Education. Tessa and her partner of 22 years, Myles Monroe, have dominated the Showcase division and compete at the highest level in improvised competition. They have been ambassadors for modern, authentic West Coast Swing: teaching, judging, performing and competing globally.

All-Levels "Soul Train" Lesson: $15 (same price for everyone, incl. Members, Non-members, Students)
Social Dance: Members: $12 / Non-Members: $15 / Students: $7
For the safety of everyone, please do not bring breakable water bottles (glass, ceramic, etc.) into the dance areas.
And remember to bring your non-marking indoor shoes!
