Penelope Bourbon, the award-winning American whiskey known for its innovative approach to bourbon making, has finally landed in the UK. Three premium Straight Bourbon Whiskeys are available; Penelope Architect, Penelope Four Grain and Penelope Wheated.

Named after the founder’s daughter, Penelope rapidly gained cult status among bourbon enthusiasts in America after its launch in 2018, due to its incredible quality-to-price ratio and pioneering blending techniques. Penelope Bourbon’s unique approach involves hand-selecting barrels and blending distinctive mash bills to create unique flavour profiles.

All three Penelope Bourbon expressions meet the strict requirements for straight bourbon whiskey, aged in new charred oak barrels and bottled without artificial additives.
