BBQ Fundraiser for School Supplies!

We are doing a BBQ fundraiser with the Big Bertha Foundation to help with school supplies for the Aransas Pass Back to School Health Fair.
Donate $15 worth of school supplies or pay $15 for a BBQ plate!

• 8- or 12-count Colored Pencils
• 12-count #2 Pencils
• Folders with Pockets
• 12-count Red Pens
• 12-count Black or Blue Pens
• Pencil Pouch or Pencil Box
• Pencil Sharpener
• 1-inch 3-Ring Binder
• 12-count Eraser Caps
• 2-count Block Erasers
• Scissors
• Rulers
• Highlighters
• Index Cards
• Disinfectant Wipes
• Tissue Boxes
• 8- or 12-Tab Dividers
Food Supplies Needed:
Our goal is serve 200 pulled pork sandwiches.
We are needing
• Pickles (Ex: H-E-B Pickle Me Dilley Texas-Size Dill Pickle Chips, 46 oz, 4 tubs)
• Diced Onions (Ex: HEB diced white onions, 4 tubs)
• buns (200)
• brown bags (200)
• drinks (can be just the cheap store brand sodas, we have 60, we need 140 more)
• BBQ sauce (We need one more big bottle)
• And small snacks bags to put the relishes in
Donations can be dropped off at Rockport Auto Sales

Yes, we are looking for volunteers!
• Volunteers Check-In at 8 a.m
• Event is from 12 p.m - 5 p.m (may wrap early if we run out.)
