The perfect time to get your SWEAT on before the Florida sun wakes up. Stay connected in the community, meet new friends, and watch the gains (or losses) happen.
Classes will be held behind Biscayne Beach on the Baywalk. Bring a towel, a mat, and water to stay hydrated and dominate the day.
