Get ready to add a little vintage elegance to your Christmas tree! In this festive, hands-on workshop, you'll transform ordinary ornaments into beautiful, old-world holiday treasures using a variety of decorative finishes and mixed-media techniques.
We'll introduce you to our exciting new line of Pentart products and show you how to create rich textures, aged finishes, and beautiful decorative details. You'll learn how to use fineline crackle to achieve the delicate appearance of aged porcelain, velvet powder to create a soft, luxurious texture, and antique paste to highlight details and give your ornaments a timeless, vintage look. We'll also explore additional techniques for layering colors, adding dimension, and creating gorgeous metallic accents.
Whether your holiday decorating style is Victorian elegance, vintage Christmas, or a little shabby chic, you'll discover how to combine these techniques to create ornaments that look like treasured heirlooms. Best of all, you'll leave with beautiful handmade decorations and new skills you can use on all kinds of future creative projects!
