Bass Yoga at the Park

For a while now, we’ve been wanting to bring the Denver bass community together in a way that actually weaves in wellness and mindfulness. A space where we can move together, slow down, and get to know each other outside of the shows we hit every weekend.

Bass Yoga at the Park is exactly that.

We’ll move through 60 minutes of yoga alongside a live bass set by Blossm. Yoga will be grounded, intentional, and open to all levels.

This is for you if you love bass music but also want a more intentional way to connect with the community.

Come solo or bring friends. After yoga, we’ll hang for a bit and keep the music going so feel free to stay, lay in the grass, slackline, bring your flow toys, or just meet some new people.

Just come hang, move your body, and be part of something a little different.

What to bring:

• a yoga mat or something to lay on
• water
• comfy clothes
