Basketball & Field Games

We're heading to an outdoor basketball court & field for a fun-filled exercise session! On the court we will enjoy a variety of exciting games, including relay races, basketball, capture the flag, pickleball and various field games. We'll spend about an hour at the field, so be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you're staying for the afternoon class, don’t forget to pack a lunch to enjoy after our workout!
