Presented by Renee Watson and CME senior faculty, this course will cover both theoretical and practical aspects of the Pilates Method. Students will learn the Principles and Fundamentals of Pilates, Foundation and Basic Pilates repertoire and use applied anatomy in these respects. Client screening, posture analysis and movement assessments, class design, and teaching skills are taught via assignments and case studies. Other aspects of the course include business development and nutrition assignments. This well-rounded course is internationally portable and equips the learner to become a highly regarded Pilates mat instructor. Tuition includes electronic course materials, lectures, and exam fees (first time).
