Basic Lifting and Transferring for Caregivers (March 25)

This hands-on training equips caregivers with essential techniques for safely lifting, transferring, and repositioning individuals with limited mobility. Participants will learn proper body mechanics, use of assistive devices, and strategies to prevent injury for both the caregiver and the care recipient.
