Barrie Adventurers Guild - January 2025 Session

Each month, a quest will be had. It will take between 2-5 hours depending on the quest, players and their whims. No worries if you can’t commit to consistency - the Guild is structured so that each month can be a different cast of Guild members. Come once or come many times, all are welcome.

For this event, we will have a character development day at 19 Clapperton on January 12th from 12-2 pm. Come make a character, level them up, or just chat DnD with us.

What if I haven’t played before?

No worries! The role of a Dungeon Masters is to support you throughout the playing. They are your guide and support. You can also play any of the Community Characters to try it out and see if you like it.

Cost?

The event is free but if you are able and willing to contribute $5 or pay-what-you-can it would be greatly appreciated.

Waitlist?

First 6 people each month to sign up will be part of the quest. A waitlist will be open if someone has to drop out.

Do I need anything to play?

Nope! Just show up. We have extra dice, character cards, etc. You can just show up and try your hand at playing.

Do I need my own character?

Nope! You have two options. 1. Make your own character. One of the Sundays before Dungeon Masters will be around Wheeled to help with character development including making and leveling up characters. We can also help remotely. Just remember - DM’s are here to help, not just K*ll you. 2. Borrow a Community Character. There is a Community Character for each class and they are ranked by difficulty to play. These characters are always available for anyone to try playing. If you love them? You can exclusively borrow them for as long as you like.
