Join us in the green space located at the Dallas Galleria (head toward the main entrance that faces the large parking lot and the Westin hotel side, located outside of North Italia). An In-store shopping experience will follow.

A barre3 signutate outdoor class is a 45-minute, low-impact, high-reward, total-body workout, focusing on strength, cardio, and mindfulness.

Expect to bring your own yoga mat, work barefoot or in grip socks, and use minimal props to build strength through small, controlled muscle movements mixed with cardio bursts.
