Our Signature 45 class delivers a full-body workout that’s equal parts strength, cardio, and mindfulness… and yes, it might surprise you (in the best way).

Whether you’re brand new to barre3 or a regular bringing someone along for the ride, this class is designed to be approachable, empowering, and (most importantly) fun. Expect to move, shake, laugh, and maybe even feel the burn in muscles you didn’t know existed.

After class, stick around for a relaxed social hour with drinks- because everything is better when you’ve earned it together.
