Calling all athletes! Join us for our brand-new Olympic Camp, where students will build agility, speed, and endurance through fun games and focused drills. Across all sports, elite performance depends on the same foundational physical systems.This half-day camp is designed to develop those essential skills in an engaging and productive way that benefits athletes of all levels.
This camp will be hosted at SwiftKick Carlsbad Studio August 3rd-7th from 9AM-12PM, ages 6-11.
Students will develop flexibility and proper stretching techniques, agility and speed, somatic and body awareness, cardiovascular endurance, and arm, leg, and core strength.
