Join us for a FREE barre3 Signature 45 pop-up class at on Sunday, August 16 at 11:15 a.m.

After class, stick around for a social hour inside BeachFly Brewing Company, where beer, drinks, and snacks will be available for purchase.

Come move, sweat, and connect with an incredible community while enjoying a morning outdoors!

What to bring:

• Comfortable workout attire

Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and to get settled before class begins.
