✨ Barre With Babes at the Park ✨Join us for a fun and energizing 40-minute barre class designed for moms, babies, and toddlers (ages 0–4)! We’ll focus on strengthening thighs, glutes, arms, and core while creating space to move, connect, and recharge.
Babies are welcome in carriers during class, and older kids (5+) who would enjoy participating in the workout are welcome too! Whether your little one stays close, watches, or joins in, this class is all about movement in a family-friendly environment.
