A spicy barre sculpt class, combining elements of ballet barre, mat Pilates and signature strength training exercises to build strength, improve alignment and enhance flexibility.

Class held at remedy reformer studio in maghull, access to car park right outside the studio and it’s literally a minute walk from maghull train station, so super accessible by train!!
