As part of the Let's Dance campaign, Michelle is offering a free Barre None dance class. Barre None is a creative alternative to ballet, yoga and pilates. It's fun and sociable. It combines contemporary dance technique with the opportunity to create dances with others to a variety of eclectic music. Great for coordination, balance, fluidity of movement. Large car park. Nice warm hall.
