Join us for Barre for Bump, a prenatal-friendly barre class designed specifically for moms-to-be at every stage of pregnancy. Whether you're in your first trimester and want to maintain your routine, or you're further along and wondering what's still safe to do — this class was made for you.

Here's what to expect:

We'll kick things off with a 15-minute modifications breakdown — a real talk session covering how to adapt your workout based on how far along you are, what your body is telling you, and what you actually want to get out of moving during pregnancy. No generic advice, no one-size-fits-all — just practical guidance you can use now and throughout your journey.

Then we move into a full 45-minute barre class with prenatal modifications built in from the start. Low impact, high intention — designed to keep you strong, mobile, and feeling good in your body. 🧘‍♀️
