Join H2L Studio for Barre Flow in the beautiful Children's Garden at Ashcombe Farm & Greenhouses! We love when two small businesses team up :)
After class, browse the market or grab a bite at the café—just bring a mat, water, and bug spray or sunscreen if needed. There are seats inside at the cafe for you to enjoy your coffee/food with friends post workout. Class is 45-minutes long, store opens at 10am.
Cost is $10.
Sarah H. will lead you through a Barre Flow workout. Barre Flow is a blend of Barre & Yoga with functional movements and is all-level-friendly.
Location: 906 W. Grantham Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 and walk to the back towards the swing set at the end of the parking lot.
