Join Better Energy Barre and Canine Rescue of Central PA for an evening of movement, community, and adorable pups! 💕

This FREE 45-minute all-level barre class is designed for everyone—whether you’re a seasoned barre enthusiast or trying it for the first time. After class, stick around for photo opportunities with some of Canine Rescue’s amazing adoptable dogs and learn more about the incredible work they do.

While the class is free to attend, we encourage participants to support Canine Rescue of Central PA with a cash/check donation or an item from their wish list. Every contribution helps provide care, shelter, and second chances for dogs in need.

• A yoga mat
• Water
• Comfortable workout attire
• A friend (or two!)
