Baroque Music Festival Concert #3

The third and final concert of our Baroque Music Festival brings the Well-Tempered Clavier Book 1 to a close, alongside Bach's Violin/Harpsichord Sonata in B Minor and another set of crowd-favorite Baroque vocal duets. George J. Buelow called the slow movements of Bach's violin/harpsichord sonatas "some of Bach's most beautiful and profound," and this one is no exception. It's a deeply satisfying and accessible conclusion to a remarkable weekend of music. Refreshments and wine tasting included.
This concert will feature the esteemed artists: Jacqueline Farrell (harpsichord), Leah Peroutka (violin), Chris Mann (recorder), Christopher Nunnally (cello), Jon Shaw and Carolyn Myers (sopranos), and myself (harpsichord, organ).
The afternoon will begin 30 minutes before the concert with drinks on the porch, then we will move inside for the musical program. During intermission, we'll take a break for refreshments, wine tasting, and socializing.
The festival is always much more successful when I have help spreading the word. Even if you are unable to attend, I encourage you to forward this email to 2-3 friends or colleagues, or share the concert’s Facebook event or Instagram post.

Concert Length:
90min, with a 20-minute intermission for refreshments and wine tasting
Tickets:
$20 suggested donation / $50 3-Concert Festival Pass suggested donation / Students $1+

Reserve your ticket(s) via Venmo payment (John-OBrien-21575) and *include your email address and party size*– I need this info to make sure you have a seat (preferred payment method)
