We know that getting outside can improve our health in so many ways. Even something as simple as walking barefoot can help. We will walk you through the experience of walking barefoot and chat about the benefits as you stroll through the different terrains Pratt has to offer. Come learn how to reconnect your feet and your health to nature! (Or wear shoes that can get wet and muddy.)
Enjoy a leisurely walk through our meadows, fields and woods. Together, we will meander about and visit with our farm animals, watch for birds or listen to the frogs in our pond. Better yet lets do it Barefoot!
