Sarah is the reason this whole thing started. The Bar Takeovers were an idea she had at the onset of Walsh Family Wine - we should open our doors to other producers and give them a chance to showcase their wines.
Each year, she gets her own Takeover, and each year they are different. She might pour her favorites from around the world. She might invite friends. She might have you try your hand at blending.
Always a blast. Always memorable.
