12:15 - 12:30 Head down to the Surry Recreation Area (Surry Beach). We'll have the baptisms first, then enjoy a picnic together in the Maple Pavilion.
There is a BBQ grill there. Each family should bring their own meat for the grill (or other "main dish item" for their family), drink for their own family, and a dish/salad/dessert to share.
There are horseshoe pits, swimming area and a playground. There are electric outlets in the pavilion. No lifeguards on duty. Bring lawn chairs, umbrellas, lawn/beach toys, towels, sunscreen, etc. There are bathrooms with flush toilets. Park closes at 8 pm, stay as long as you like.
