Bama Bourbon Tasting: Irons One

Meet the new distiller for Iron's One and hear all about their expansion plans in bigger space in Huntsville's Lowe Mill. Taste their new limited release bourbon aged in honey barrels as well as bourbons aged in Char 3, Char 4, and even Char 5 barrels.

**All events are free and open to all. We use real glassware and never plastic cuz we like treating you like a guest and be earth friendly. All events include a spit bucket and water with light nibbles for responsible service.

The original owner Jeff Irons has retired and sold the distillery. Meet Matthew McClain, the new distiller, and hear about his exciting plans for future whiskeys.

Taste bourbon from select barrels that once aged honey from J&L Ranch in Decatur. After the honey is dumped, whiskey goes back in for a limited release of honey-kissed Irons One.

The whiskey is made in a small distillery in Huntsville's Lowe Mill just a few gallons at a time.
