This fun and informative session will involve learning how to transfer your own design onto a rubber stamp and then carving out the stamp with specialist relief cutting tools.
You will then be given the opportunity to experiment with creating a second colour layer for your image.
The relief prints that you create can be printed on a variety of cards, papers and mini zines. The artist will also provide a variety of pre-cut stamps for you to experiment with.
Kath Bell is a print and book artist who as well as creating and selling her own work, teaches print and book binding techniques in art schools and community settings.
Suitable for beginners as well as those with experience.
All materials and equipment will be provided on the day.
