Balancing Yin & Yang Meditation

With in us is both good and bad. Rest and action. Giving and recieving. We are dualistic in nature and we can see this all around us. We are all capable of great hurt or great love. Its up to us to decide. But neither of these states are bad. It's just about accepting all parts of ourselves and learning to go with the flow of our inner energies. It's also about choice. What part of ourselves do we want to listen to and take action on.

During this meditation, we will explore the internal dualistic nature, to reach a better state of harmony and peace within us. And a better understanding of our internal world.
