Join us for a relaxing session of Yin Yoga to unwind and de-stress your mind and body!Welcome to Yin Yoga at Moore Than Rocks! Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session that focuses on deep stretching and mindfulness. This in-person event is perfect for all levels, whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi.
Class will be led by Sienna Moore of Grateful Yoga who's love for yoga started at when she was 4 years old! She discovered a deeper love for the anatomy, muscles and connective tissues during her Kinesiology studies at Western Washington University. After early graduation, she continued her journey by completing her first 200 hours of yoga training.
Yin Yoga is slow and restorative for the body, holding each gentle pose for longer. This allows you to sink deeper, create more space within the muscles and ultimately releasing stress & tension. Yin is done solely on the mat, and with the use of props to make your experience as comfortable as possible.
Take some time out of your day to unwind, release tension, and restore balance to your mind and body. Come join us for a blissful session of Yin Yoga !
Mats, bolsters and blocks are provided. Feel free to bring anything that makes you more comfortable.
