Come join us for a transformative event focused on balancing your Sacral Chakra! This in-person gathering will take place in St Albans, Jersey Farm Community Centre, where we will explore techniques and practices to harmonize this vital energy centre, as well as a heart connection to our inner child and higher self.

We will explore:

breathing techniques, and healing sound bath,

yoga flow and meditations,

play, dance, and creativity,

making a necklace for the Second Chakra,

heart opening drinks and teas,

open conversation about your journey,

and closing with a warming Turmeric Latte

Part 1 : relaxing the physical body and mind and take us into our heart space:

Whether you're new to chakra work or a seasoned practitioner, this event offers something for everyone. The activities are designed to provide a space for your self-exploration, deep dive into self, re-connection with your inner child and more.

* No previous experience of yoga or other activities needed*

* Please bring * Yoga mat, non-slip socks, apillow (or two), blanket and anything else you need for comfortable sitting on the ground, and lying down for the sound journey (about an hour).

Tickets are refundable up to 14 days before the event. Then after, tickets are only trasferrable to another person. Please contact us in case of special circumstances.
