Balance breathwork session

Join me for this beautiful breathwork session, designed to:

• restore balance to your nervous system
• increase your resilience to stress
• align your mind, body, heart and emotions
• move you into a state of coherence

This will be a beautiful, small and intimate breathwork session and will take place at City Sanctuary Therapies on Foregate Street, Worcester. Please bring along whatever you need to create a comfy nest that you can snuggle down in: a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, cushion, etc.
