We’ll begin by exploring the astrology of the Scorpio Full Moon and the themes it brings forward.
As you settle into warm mineral-rich water, you’ll be guided through a 20-minute meditation designed to calm the nervous system and gently reset your energy. Water naturally helps the body soften, the mind quiet, and the energy field return to balance.
When we slow down and allow the body to relax, tension begins to release, and the system remembers how to come back into harmony.
After the meditation, we’ll open the space for a sharing circle, creating an opportunity to reflect, connect, and be heard in a supportive community.
