Saturday, April 25th, 10amJoin us for a morning of deep release and rhythmic regulation. This intimate event begins with a one-hour guided Breathwork session, followed by a 30-minute elemental healing journey in our Japanese Mineral Soak, complemented with light hors d'oeuvres and fresh, organic juices.
We will begin on the mat, where you’ll be guided through conscious breathing techniques and body awareness exercises designed to clear stagnant energy and quiet the noise of the mind.
Once the mind is clear, you will transition into the warm, mineral-rich waters of our sanctuary.
As you soak, the physical body softens, allowing the benefits of your breathwork to settle deep to the bone.
Relax your body, expand your spirit, and let the elements facilitate your total reset. No effort necessary—just a willingness to breathe and be.
Please bring your own mat, blanket, socks, and eye covers for your comfort.
