Balance & Bliss: Womens Wellness Beach Day Retreat

Join us for a day of Balance & Bliss in a luxurious, tented cabana on a spacious, quiet beach and treat your mind, body and soul to a deeply healing and restorative experience unlike any typical beach day. We start the morning with restorative and somatic yoga with aromatherapy to get out of our heads and into our bodies, followed by a sound bath and guided meditation to connect to the celestial energies of the Fall Equinox, a magical time of balance, harmony and intention setting. Following a nourishing and healthy lunch, a Fall Equinox ceremony and workshop will inspire transformation and deeper healing to uplevel your life as we move into the new season. Individual reiki healing, beach and social time with a very special Mocktail Hour are also included in our day under the California sun.

About your guide:

Kelly Merryman Turner is a yoga teacher, sound and energy healer and the founder of Sol Ascend Frequency Healing. Her classes and private offerings online and in Los Angeles help her clients attune to their highest frequency of radiant health, joy and spiritual connection. As a spiritual wellness entrepreneur and a mother, she intimately knows how to balance self-care and spiritual growth with the challenges of everyday life. Through sound healing, reiki, yoga, breathwork and meditation, Kelly experienced profound shifts in her own life and discovered her calling to help others heal and grow. She has completed extensive training in vinyasa, kundalini, yin and restorative yoga and also holds certifications in sound healing, breathwork, Reiki and Seichem energy healing. In addition, Kelly provides training for sound healers and is a mentor with The Sound Healers Academy.
