Over two days we will explore simple and slow movements that help you:
• Move with more ease
• Reduce unnecessary tension
• Regain confidence in standing and falling
• Improve coordination and adaptability
The entire floor will be covered with mats so participants can safely explore movements close to the ground, including going down and standing up with less effort.
Everyone works within their own limits in a supportive environment.
