Come and join SwimWild’s experienced coach Alice Goodridge for a day focused on front crawl technique.Location: Abernethy Swimming Pool, Nethy Bridge, Inverness-shire, PH25 3ED
Starting at 10:00 and finishing at around 16:30 the day will include the following –
2 x pool sessions
2 x video feedback sessions
Lunch
After the workshop, you will also be sent personalised video footage for the day, with commentary and analysis to watch in your own time.
Numbers will be limited to 4 people to ensure that everyone gets as much one-to-one feedback as possible.
