Biographies:

Neil Sykes - loves people and how they work; so much so that he embarked on a journey into NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming); over the years he became a Practitioner of NLP, then a Master Practitioner and Therapist and latterly, an INLPTA trainer of NLP. Seeing as companies are generally filled with humans, then being a results-driven empathetic human specialist really comes in handy when helping to define company cultures, values, and behaviours.

With over 28 years’ experience as a strategically focused business leader, a good deal of which spent in directorial and Board level roles, Neil has focused on the initiation, development and implementation of effective strategies to deliver organisational success. He is a natural leader who empowers and guides individuals and organisations to gain a sense of direction and to look hard at what it is that motivates their success.

An excellent communicator and presenter with a down-to-earth style, Neil has a way of cutting through the jargon and smoke screens so that everyone can feel comfortable and included.

Nadia Fyvie-Feldman - is the founder of The Productivity Agency, where she helps organisations create the clarity, capability and commercial focus they need to grow sustainably. With over 25 years’ experience across FMCG, manufacturing, hospitality and international distributor management, she brings a practical, straight-talking approach that helps teams work smarter and make progress that actually sticks.

Her work is grounded in the agency’s three pillars - People, Clarity and Commerce - supporting organisations to work better together, make stronger decisions and strengthen their commercial thinking. With a multicultural background and deep expertise in cross-cultural communication, Nadia also helps businesses navigate international contexts, explore new markets and understand how culture shapes performance and collaboration.
