About this Event
A freshly baked, chewy, golden-brown bagel is a simple pleasure like no other. In this hands-on workshop, you'll master the art of bagel-making from start to finish—mixing the dough, shaping and boiling each ring, and baking them to perfection. We'll explore both a traditional overnight method and a quick same-day version, ensuring you have options for every schedule. Plus, you'll learn how to create delicious toppings and get insider tips on adding extra flavors and freezing bagels for future enjoyment.
What You’ll Make:
Bagels with your choice of toppings, from plain to everything
Flavored cream cheese, both smoked salmon and garden vegetable
Date and Time: Friday, April 11th from 5:00-8:00pm
