Join us for a hands-on baking workshop where we’ll be learning how to make the delicious Sephardi pastry, Boureka!
We will be discovering the origins of this much loved snack and the stories linking the dish to our synagogue!
As our bourekas bake, we’ll explore some fascinating stories from the museum’s collection.
You’ll get to take your bourekas home with you, along with the recipe to make it for all your friends and family.
We’ll have a variety of delicious vegetarian savoury fillings for your boureka. Come and bake with us for a day of delicious learning and tasty treats!
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
This workshop is open to all ages, but children must be accompanied by an adult.
We use Kosher approved ingredients but the food is not Beth Din supervised. Ingredients are vegetarian. Please email [email protected] with any dietary requirements.
