La sonothérapie, aussi connue sous le nom de Sound Bath, Sound Healing ou méditation sonore, est une merveilleuse opportunité de se reconnecter à soi via la puissance des fréquences sonores.
À l’aide d’une grande variété de gongs traditionnels chinois, népalais et indiens, et d'un éventail de percussions et cymbales du monde entier, je vous emmène à la découverte de paysages musicaux riches et méditatifs. Venez découvrir par vous-même pourquoi les Gongs - instruments millénaires de multiples traditions mystiques - font tant parler d'eux!
🌙 Dans le magnifique local du Sonotarium de Montréal, je vous propose un voyage sonore unique permettant une relaxation profonde et une ré-harmonisation du système nerveux. En position étendue ou assise, chaque participant est maître de son expérience. À qui le veut bien, des états de conscience altérés sont accessibles, au coeur desquels tout est possible.
Les recherches en neuroscience reconnaissent de plus en plus les bénéfices de la sonothérapie pour soulager une variété de conditions: insomnie, douleur chronique, anxiété, dépression, haute pression, troubles du système nerveux, etc.

Caracol est sonothérapeute, auteure-compositrice et réalisatrice musicale. Grande voyageuse, elle suit depuis 20 ans un chemin artistique authentique. Diplômée de la renommée British Academy of Sound Therapy, elle a sillonné les scènes du monde entier et récolté de nombreux prix et nominations, tant avec son projet solo qu’avec son ex-groupe Dobacaracol. Elle se démarque maintenant par ses voyages sonores éclectiques, ses chants méditatifs et son lien précieux avec les Gongs.

Sound therapy—also known as Sound Bath, Sound Healing, or Sound Meditation—is a powerful opportunity to reconnect with yourself through the healing vibrations of sound.
Guided by a rich palette of traditional Chinese, Nepalese, and Indian gongs, along with an array of percussions and cymbals from around the world, I will lead you into immersive soundscapes that are both meditative and deeply transformative. Discover for yourself why the gong—an ancient instrument at the heart of many mystical traditions—has been celebrated for thousands of years.
🌙 In the beautiful setting of Montréal’s Sonotarium, you’ll experience a unique sound journey designed to bring profound relaxation and re-harmonization of the nervous system. Whether lying down or seated, each participant remains the creator of their own experience. For those open to it, altered states of consciousness may arise—spaces where everything becomes possible.

Caracol is a sound therapist, songwriter, and music producer. A world traveler for over 20 years, she has followed an authentic artistic path, touring internationally and earning numerous awards and nominations with her solo project as well as her former group Dobacaracol. A graduate of the renowned British Academy of Sound Therapy, she is now known for her eclectic sound journeys, meditative chants, and her deep connection with the gongs.
