At Psycoach, we've noticed a growing number of people seeking support, but like many other mental health providers, we sometimes struggle to accommodate everyone with one-on-one sessions.
To bridge this gap, we've come up with a solution.
Therapeutic treatment often begins with providing clients with accurate, in-depth information and psychoeducation about their specific concerns. These initial sessions can bring significant relief by offering a clear understanding of what's happening in their minds and bodies.
For some, this knowledge alone is enough to help them move forward independently or better manage their issues.
Our Backyard Sessions are group gatherings led by mental health professionals, designed to give participants a clear understanding of common mental health challenges we see at Psycoach.
We'll also offer practical tools for self-help and effective management of these issues.
Participation is entirely up to you, whether you prefer to sit back and listen or engage with questions, the choice is yours. We aim to create a space where you can learn, ask questions, share your experiences, and connect with others.
After all, we're all in this human experience together.
These sessions will take place in our garden, ensuring a relaxed and informal atmosphere just as the name suggests. No formalities, no complicated jargon just straightforward, easy-to-understand explanations.
