Ease into a deep state of relaxation under the warmth of blue skies in Aruba. Eagle Beach is regularly voted one of the top beaches in the world and will be our home for the week, where the sky & waters are crystal blue and the sand pure white. You will LOVE floating in the warm Caribbean!
@Kristinclarkcork will be your host this week, offering daily deep dives into yoga and meditation classes that will support your entire nervous system!
Wake up with a smoothie, enjoy yoga on one of the 2 oceanfront yoga decks and then enjoy a leisurely breakfast!
Still craving movement? There will be 3 pilates classes offered this week as well by Manchebo instructors after Yoga with Kristin :)
Afterwards it’s all about further relaxation on the beach with crystal clear waters to float in and pristine white sand to stroll for hours on.
3 late afternoons there will also be the option to enjoy gentle, yin or restorative Yoga with Kristin or a Be.Yogini
Decide to skip those? 3 evenings during the week will be gentle classes taught by Manchebo instructors after sunset!
