Discover the many wild foods that grow locally in the eastern United States, the nutritive benefits they have, and how to be ethical foragers. Feel more confident in your plant identification skills and discover some fun recipes to try out using these wild foods. Note: this lecture will not go into depth about mushrooms and fungi.
