- Weekly tours are offered each Friday and Saturday. Private and group tours are booked by contacting us directly.
- The Historic Minglewood Coal & Ice Co. Building: Learn about the fascinating history of the Minglewood building, from its early days as a coal and ice company to its transformation into a state-of-the-art distillery.
- The Distilling Process: Get an up-close look at our custom-built still and learn about the intricate steps involved in creating our signature whiskies and other artisanal spirits.
- The Aging Room: Step into the heart of our operation, where 3 stories of our spirits are aged to perfection in carefully selected barrels that imbue them with their unique flavors and characteristics.
- Full tasting: During your tour, you will get to experience a guided tasting of our handcrafted spirits. Savor the nuances of each carefully crafted spirit, as our guides provide insights into the distinctive flavor profiles and the stories behind each creation. After your tour, you can try other spirits and cocktails in our bottle shop, along with purchasing your favorite choices.
