Backpack Giveaway at the Co-Op!

We’re excited to host our 3rd Annual Book Bag Giveaway at the Detroit People's Food Co-op, and we’d love for you to be part of it!

This is a First Come, First Served event.

We want to help 150 students from our community and we can’t do it without you!

Right now, we’re collecting:
- School Supplies (Backpacks, Folders, Notebooks, Pencils, Loose Leaf-Paper etc)
- School Uniforms (Shirts, Pants, Skirts)
- Wellness & Hygiene Products (Soap, Lotion, Deodorant, Vasaline etc)

You’ll find a donation box at the front of the store near the entrance—just drop your items in there when you stop by.

If you’d rather give a monetary donation, check out our website for OPERATING FUND and add note “Backpack Giveaway” or ask a staff member in-store.

Every backpack, notebook, and dollar helps a child start the school year strong. Let’s come together and make this our best giveaway yet!
